Saturday night Kim Kardashian celebrated the launch of her new fragrance at TAO Las Vegas. Kim arrived with her mom Kris Jenner, KISS-FM’s Ellen K and Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck from SPINdustry, the new E! special Kim produced. After strutting down the carpet in black Christian Louboutin’s, Kim and the group enjoyed Asian specialties in the restaurant before heading up to a VIP table on the dance floor.

DJ Vice announced Kim’s arrival and she was greeted by screaming fans who clamored to get close to her while a neighboring VIP table sent over a bottle of Cristal. After being presented with a cake in the shape of her perfume bottle by Gimme Some Sugar, the always gracious star headed to the dance floor where she met and took pictures with fans. Pierre Thomas and Lance Moore who play for the New Orleans Saints with Kim’s beau Reggie Bush stopped by the table to congratulate her on the launch of her perfume. She danced on the catwalk to the sounds of DJ Vice and even tweeted, “OMG look at my cake! Thank u @taolasvegas.”

For people who don't know, Miranda May Kerr (born 20 April 1983) is an Australian model best known as one of the Victoria's Secret Angels since mid-2007. She is the first Australian to participate in the Victoria's Secret campaign, and also represents Australian fashion chains Portmans and David Jones Limited. Kerr began modeling in the fashion industry when she was 13, starting at Chaay's Modelling Agency, and soon after winning a 1997 Australian nationwide model search hosted by Dolly magazine and Impulse fragrances.

The Mediterranean Diet seems to be the wunderkind in the weight loss world, ranked as one of the Top 10 most popular diets,, it has been studied extensively over the past several years and found to produce numerous health benefits. Those women who adhered to the Mediterranean-style diet had a higher pregnancy rate following in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). In fact, the women who were consistent with the tenets of the diet were 40 percent more likely to get pregnant than those women whose diets were farthest from the Mediterranean Diet.

A typical Mediterranean meal includes generous amounts of fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, pasta, cereals, nuts, seeds and olive oil, with lesser amounts of poultry, eggs, and dairy, and very little red meat. A glass of wine is almost always served with lunch or dinner. (Although this would not be recommended for women trying to conceive or who are pregnant.) The Mediterranean diet also emphasizes minimally processed, fresh, and preferably local foods. The total fat in this diet is 25 to 35 percent of calories. Actually, the dietary guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association are very similar to that of the Mediterranean diet.

Vimala Raman goes to Bollywood2010.31

Following the footsteps of Asin and Trisha, Vimala Raman is going to Bollywood. A film titled Ambapali which had Vyjantimala in the female lead role. This film is about a princess.

This film is being remade after 30 years. Vimala Raman will be doing the role which Vyjantimala did in the original version. Ashutosh Gowariker who directed Jodha Akbar is directing this remake film.
Salman Khan’s relative is doing the lead role in this film. Vimala Raman has been paid a heavy amount as advance. Vimala Rani is very happy these days since the story is centered on her. She has given 90 days call sheet.

Angadi Theru gets success in box-office2010.31

Ayngaran International Films, Vasanthabalan directed Angadi Theru, after a normal opening has really picked up speed at the box-office.
The film after netting nearly Rs 25 lakhs in its opening weekend, due to good word of mouth and rave reviews has picked up impressively on Monday.
Both Sathyam and Inox has reported full house on Monday, a working day which augers well for the film. While theatres like Sangam and Kamala too has shown an improvement in collections.
All the directors and other technicians in Kollywood have words of appreciation for the film. They are unanimous that it is the “most gutsy and realistic film seen in recent years”.
Now if the theatres in Tamil Nadu cooperate, Angadi Theru has potential to be a sleeper hit, as the holiday season has started.

Shivappu Mazhai releases in April 9, 2010.........2010.31

Mazhai, a two-hour Tamil film by V. Krishnamoorthy, has entered the Guinness Book of World Records by being completed in less than 12 days, shooting and post-production included. It was completed in a record 11 days, 23 hours and 45 minutes.
The earlier record was set by filmmakers Russ Malkin and John Gore for their film The Fastest Forward, made in 13 days in 1990. Shivappu Mazhai commenced on May 22 and was successfully completed by June 3, 2009, with more than 600 technicians working on the project. Director Krishnamoorthy revealed that this film, based on problems of Sri Lankan Tamils, is produced by Andrew Raymond & Suresh Joachim under Suresh Joachim Entertainment Inc. & Joachim International Inc. The film will be released across the globe with subtitles in English on April 9, 2010.

Vivek Oberoi is currently busy promoting his film Prince. Speaking to the media persons, Vivek said that he would lap up an opportunity to work in a Tamil film. He added that Tamil film directors Gautham Menon, Mani Ratnam, Bala and Selvaraghavan are topnotch and he would never miss an opportunity to star in their film.
